Aleks Stanek has ran two hundred miles along a border line, piloted drones over the English Channel, and transported a wall to a cliffside. Her multidisciplinary practice is woven together through the investigation of sites on top of which carefully layered, intertextual, and occasionally self-referential narratives are built.
